$22 Saint Bernardus ABT 12 barrel aged sour ale
St.Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world. It is therefore no surprise that it is our brewery’s flagship beer, ranked at the very top of the St.Bernardus beer hierarchy. It is brewed in the classic quadrupel style and adheres to the original 1946 recipe.
$21 Karmelier, Tripel
Tripel Karmeliet is a labour of love. Of patience. Of passion. For over seven generations, we have shared a relentless dedication to brewing excellence, perfecting our craft to create the beer you love. Brewed using the 3-grain recipe we inherited, our beer is the result of a skillful combination of barley, wheat, and oats. Barley provides the flavour, colour, and body, while wheat gives our beer its lightness of body, and a subtle aroma of freshly baked white bread. Finally, oats bring a creamy mouth-feel and silky finish to achieve the perfect balance you only find in a glass of tripel karmeliet.
$38 Cantillon, Saint Lamvinus
Blend of lambics aged on average 16 to 18 months and of Merlot grapes. The year’s blend, bottled November 2022, was exceptionally made with Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir (35%), and Syrah (10%). Lambic can be rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer, and Saint Lamvinus takes this one step further by adding grapes normally intended for wine production. Intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate and has a clear connection to its winemaking origins.
$50 3 Fonteinen, Perzik Geel
3 Fonteinen Perzik Geel is a blend of approximately two-year old lambic with yellow peaches released in 75cl bottles. The first blend was released using the Red Heaven variety of peaches, though others may be used in the future. It is listed as 6.3% ABV.
$55 3 Fonteinen, Langste Kook
For this Langste Kook / Longest Boil - a special version of the Cuvée Armand & Gaston - we brewed a typical lambik wort, but with an extended boiling time. We usually boil for five hours - the highest in the lambik world and about tenfold of modern beer brewing. Now, we boiled a whopping eighteen hours. 18. Hours. After a full year of barrel fermentation and maturation, we blended with a young portion of lambik to assure continued bottle fermentation. With a weighted average age of the blend of almost twelve months upon bottling, this is a rather young geuze, but all lambikken were brewed with Pajottenland grains from our own Cereal Collective. Langste Kook is a blend of 3 Fonteinen lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.

This wheat beer is calm and confident. Strong, dark and exceptionally harmonious. The first sip reveals a symphony of carefully selected dark wheat and barley malts. Together with their refined roasting aromas, they give this wheat beer its strong character. Lively carbonic acid plays on the tongue and ERDINGER’s traditional yeast adds its top-fermenting note. What makes this full-bodied specialty go down so easily? It’s the balance between malt notes with their touch of sweetness and a pleasantly refreshing finish that reverberates long on the palate.
Delirium, Nocturnum, 4X16oz $30
Initially, a very good mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and sweet.

Purple Monkey Dishwasher is our robust porter made with Chocolate and Peanut Butter. The final product is like a candy bar in a bottle that is deceptively quaffable despite it’s strength. Just take one sip and you’ll understand why this is our signature, year round porter.
