Meme Chianti Superiore is a pure Sangiovese, with a strong territorial identity and good overall pleasantness, a wine that wants to reflect the term ‘superior’ in the glass. What inspires the Meme is the desire to produce a wine that best represents and describes the characteristics of the territory and of one of the best known denominations in Italy, Chianti DOCG.
It shows a ruby red color inviting to taste. The nose is essentially fruity with prevailing notes of blackberries and black cherries. Hints of violets and cassis complete its aromatic profile. In the mouth it is very tonic and consistent with a vigorous entry due to its present but gentle tannins and a pleasant fruity aftertaste. It is a wine in full youth and represents the year of good maturation and concentration well without losing freshness.
