80% Sylvaner,20% Pinot Blanc. Pale lemon green in color. Bright green apple, elderberry flowers, pear, Mayer lemon, lime, lime zest, and a bit of wet stone on the nose. Additional flavors of peach, melon, passion fruit, pineapple, with a mouth watering high acid  accented with saline. Dry wine with medium body driven by the complexity and medium concentration of flavors.
