100% Pinot Noir. The fruit for Deep Blue comes from seven biodynamic or organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley; Cassin, Roshni, Johan, Momtazi, Nemarniki, Finnegan Hill and Claygate. 30% whole cluster,  the balance of fruit is destemmed. Native yeast fermentation with gentle punchdowns, matured in neutral French oak for nine months.
