Pinot Grigio is an important wine of the Trevisan area, obtained from grapes grown in the Eastern vineyards of the Veneto region with loose, dry flood plain soils, rich in subsoil. The wine is very bright pale straw yellow. Aroma is predominantly fruity and flowery fragrances reminiscent of the countryside in summer. A dry, round and flavorful taste, with a fruity, warm and well-balanced finish. A perfect accompaniment for Mediterranean first courses, ham and melon or with fresh, creamy cheeses.
