Light salmon colour with reddish gold play of light, fine, persistent mousseux, delicate, fresh and very animating nose, fruit and spice with hints of fresh cherries and forest berries, a sophisticated note of citrus. Dry, fruit-driven yet creamy on the palate, finely woven with elegant acidity and mineral extract, very harmonious structure.

This hand harvested sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from multiple vineyards within the Uco Valley. The nose is bursting with notes of peach, pineapple, mango, mandarin, and watermelon that lead into a bright and fresh palate laced with green apple and a touch of fresh baked bread. Tight bubbles, a touch of sweetness, and toasted almonds with fine chalky tannins round out this delicious wine.

This is an original, a pét nat made from Riesling, but not from a single vintage. In this current release, there are wines that are four to five years old, which were held in stainless steel in a very cold part of the cellar without sulfur. The wines are blended and brought to a warm area where the remaining sugar ferments in the bottle.

Deep red in color with flavors of black currant on the palate. Rich and robust

Fresh vibrant and aromatic wine. It shows bright red fruit notes of strawberry and cherry, with an underlying hint of oak, that leads to a lifted mid-palate and smooth, velvety finish.

The StoneCap Syrah is a full-bodied wine offering flavors of dark berry and plum that blend with hints of tobacco, pepper and mocha and is a perfect complement to game bird, grilled meats and heavy, rich cheeses.

A brambly nose leads to a soft, juicy and round palate with redcurrants, blackcurrants and plums. Soft tannins and a nice thread of acidity make this a lovely everyday Malbec.

A dark-fruited and elegant Pinot Noir sourced from some of the top family-owned vineyards in the Willamette Valley.

Floral aromatics on the nose, with notes of red fruit, cran-raspberry, black fruit and candied violets. The palate offers a juicy, fruit-forward entry, followed by a round and lively middle full of huckleberries and red fruit, followed by a hint of jasmine. Silky soft and lingering tannins add to the balanced and lengthy finish.

Bright red fruits include cranberry, pomegranate and currant. A nice balance comes from a touch of spice and notes of brown sugar.

Ripe pineapples, spiced apples, dried lemons and toasted hazelnuts on the nose. Its full-bodied with bright, tangy acidity. Lots of energy with flavorful layers of ripe-fruit, citrus and toasty-spice notes. Praline to close.

Deep purple with flecks of garnet in color with lavish aromas of warm blackberry pie, raspberry, licorice, and white pepper. Bold and sophisticated on the palate with flavors of dry cherry, crushed lavender, and chocolate covered blueberries. The texture is rich and velvety which leads to a long, structured finish.

Deep garnet in color with abundant aromas of sun-warmed black cherry, raspberry compote, and dark chocolate followed by hints of cedar and black currant. Bold and rich tones layered with flavors of fresh strawberry cobbler and bramble accompanied by notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. This wine has rich tannins, nice concentration, depth, and natural acidity that expresses the authenticity of a Sonoma County Pinot Noir.
